When using the nvidia driver in a Unix-like operating system install the nvidia-glx-dev packages. Out of curiosity, if none of the game data changes why are you wasting bandwidth by re-distributing it in the source tarballs for every new point release? Because they're full releases, not upgrades? Are you sure its just not a case of it being easier to provide a full compressed svn export? I'm on...

I think it will be difficult no to cut the scenes bro. It will take alot of time. Not really, the bulk of the cutscenes in the game are nothing more than animated textures with voice overs. It is not a driver issue as it happens on my amd64 Linux system as well (emu10k1 alsa module). The first video message from the New Paradigm (sub13np1, I believe) has no audio in game but sounds fine in MPlayer. There are generic OpenAL warnings about buffer's not being deleted, so perhaps the audio...
