But concrete slabs are easier (to implement than modifying the terrain!!) and will fit in better with the idea we have for roads (along with bridges, tunnels). I for one would like to get rid of the scavenger models in WZ, and replace them with similar animated counterparts.

How difficult would it be to change these config files to make them use the cyborg PIE models (ie. animated legs) but with their own texture?

Jemandanders, WRT to changing max gamespeed, there is a note in the source code that changing gamespeeds to arbitrary values may break the game. So perhaps that is the main reason we don't have more liberal limits.

But it says you can activate "debug mode" and then increase the speed somewhat more.

I believe that two effects eg. when firing isn't possible, haven't checked though.

If you have any suggestions for updating the SFX then by all means, post it here. IMO the effects are a little bland.

In the specific case of the twin barreled MG, I believe that optimally there should be two muzzle flashes, it's not like the flash should necessarily be totally invisible when the other's firing. But that's missing your point, ofc. We discussed the need for ability of disabling but didn't find any u...
