russian encoding is cp-1251

We on the www.krossfire.net.ru want to create russian transtalions of WZ 2100, but 2.0.6 do not undarstend russian keyboard, this makes imposible to create russian chat in multyplayer...

Any body can HELP???

i think that mp in wz 2100 one of best mp of all rts games!
but mp in wz have many, many, tones of bugs! and the big part of this bugs are critical!

i think tahat havie canon is the best weapon off the game because when it upgrade to the end, they can shot as a napalmganner
