Maybe it could be limited to units assigned to commanders?
Wouldn't this make commanders a little more worthwhile, instead of being just a plain stat boost?

Yes, but in the Beta campaign it stops doing so... I'm not sure whether this is intended or a bug though.Streidominating wrote:Does the campaign take the remaining time you would have left and adds that to your resources? It kinda feels like cheating.

In my current playthrough, iirc I just built 4 repair centers on the plateau after this mission started, and was able to complete it.
I've tried to take a look at the mission's script, and it seems that any 4 base structures will do as long as they're built during the mission, and not before.
