I also note that for MP games there are always auto-rating games in the lobby. Many low oil maps are used in auto rating.

The problem is the need for an outside arbiter of the meeting. The host can prevent the game from determining the winner, or disable an opponent. I see no way to defend against dishonest hosts. The limitation to one host on one IP is caused by the client and the lobby. The player simply will not be able to connect to a port other than 2100. Max partially unlinked graphics.
