Simple, we have too many "say'ers", and not enough "do'ers".
Then solution is simple, let's make it easier to people to become "do'ers".
For example, is there any how-to about how to make suggestion real? Should it be done as a mod first?

I'm not sure about who is who here, but as far as I know, forum moderators and game developers are, in genral, different people. "definitely no" is for things, that has been anwered by developers themself (those people, who actually doing this game). "most likely no" is for thing...

I will not remove anything from this list, at least to show to other people that some suggestions aren't any good.

Very complicated as for me... I did not survive longer, than 15 minutes (3, 5, 9, 12, 15...) so, each 3 minutes takes me another try...
There is a way to pass it if you will not make any mistakes at all...

Including 150% upgrade of engine at maximum...
Currently average ratio was changd from 10%...20% to 7%...15%.
With my offer ratio will be changed from 10...40% to 7%...27%.
That will make engine upgrades much more important too.
