http://wz2100.net/download is the one that is below the download tab (and front page links here)

The download tab is just a shortcut to the wiki page that lists the downloads. The wiki page is in the development area, so the tab shown is correct in that respect.

Going from the 'Development' tab to the 'Download' tab displays the download page, but leaves the 'Development' tab highlighted.
Similarly, going from the 'Forum' tab to the 'Download' tab displays the forum, but leaves the 'Development' tab highlighted.
